About Brooklyn

Brooklyn Bailey is a Summit County, Colorado real estate advisor specializing in primary residences and luxury second homes. With a professional background in high-end residential design and construction, she brings a thoughtful eye for detail and a highly attentive approach to every client relationship. Before entering real estate, Brooklyn built her career in the luxury design industry, working alongside custom home builders to create distinctive residential spaces. She later joined Fireclay Tile, where she designed bespoke ceramic products for clients across the country. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches real estate today, giving her a strong understanding of design, functionality, materials, and the potential of a property. Brooklyn takes the time to understand how her clients live, what they value, and what they hope to achieve through a real estate move. For buyers, she helps identify opportunities and envision how a home could better support their lifestyle. For sellers, she draws on her design background to recognize details that can strengthen presentation and enhance a property's appeal. Based in Summit County, Brooklyn works with buyers and sellers throughout the region and Colorado's mountain communities. She combines local market knowledge, clear communication, organization, and attention to detail to help clients make informed, confident decisions. As part of an experienced luxury real estate team at LIV Sotheby's International Realty, she is committed to providing thoughtful guidance and a high level of service throughout every stage of the process. Brooklyn moved to Summit County for the outdoor lifestyle and stayed for the strong sense of community. She is actively involved locally and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and exploring Colorado in her free time.
