New Construction is one of Bobbye’s main areas of interest and expertise. She marketed and sold Morning Star Village Patio Home Community in Mariana Butte. Bringing the concept for this project which was a 38 lot patio home community to a local custom home builder, together they designed and successfully completed the community in 1999. After working with the delightful group of active seniors who purchased in Morning Star Village, Bobbye went on to obtain her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation which has made her well known and respected in that field.Bobbye and the same builder also designed, built and sold homes in Victorian Gardens which is a 36 lot community of cottage style homes in Loveland. They also built and sold a 30 unit condominium project in Northern Colorado which was complete in 2003. Many other homes which she has sold have been new homes which she has often helped her customers design or select custom features which match personal taste and style.
