About Billy

Although born in Alaska, he is a fifth generation Denverite with over two decades of business experience in real estate development, sales, management, entertainment, and event production. Founding Piece Finder, LLC, in 2012, Billy was able to bring his real estate knowledge to the special needs community by assisting special needs adults and their families in finding appropriate housing that would both encourage and enhance the independence of each resident. Those clients have been able to maintain and in many cases improve their independence while keeping a stable living situation to this day. He was awarded an AAS in Business Administration and Real Estate through the Community College of Denver in 2016. This led to passing his real estate salesperson license in 2018 and beginning a real estate sales career in 2019 as an independent contractor with Panorama Commercial Group. At Panorama Billy was able to create the groundwork for the addition of a sales brokerage arm into their already established property management company. Within that year he led his team in bringing over thirty million in commercial real estate sales to the company. As the COVID pandemic hit, he was determined to succeed despite growing challenges. Making the switch to residential real estate, Billy found a new home at Toward the Mountains Realty. This new change inspired him be a leader as a real estate advisor, he is building his real estate team and through collaboration and camaraderie his team is on their way to becoming a household name.
