Amie Streater has been selling luxury homes in Colorado Springs since 2013. She was previously one of the nation’s top investigative newspaper reporters, receiving most of the top journalism awards in the country including being named as the Finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Public Service in 2003 for her work at the Pensacola News Journal. Amie left journalism to serve as a financial stewardship pastor at two of the nation’s largest churches, Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas and New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has been a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach since 2008 and her 2010 book “Your Money God’s Way” was published by Thomas Nelson, the world’s largest Christian book publisher, and endorsed by Dave Ramsey. Amie has been at the forefront of the Colorado Springs luxury real estate market since her first year in business. With a loyal clientele of local business owners, physicians, dentists, attorneys, bankers, military officers and contractors and fellow high-level real estate professionals, Amie has established herself as one of the best-known and most innovative agents in the Colorado Springs market. Their human children are all grown, and two of Amie's sons work with her in the real estate industry. The Streater family loves to travel outside of the country together, and when they are home they enjoy cooking and gardening.
