After the attacks of 9/11, Adrian answered the call to serve and joined the U.S. Army. Over a 20-year military career, he completed three combat tours: two in Afghanistan and one in Iraq, served in countries including Germany, Spain, and Japan, and held numerous leadership and advisory positions. He trained hundreds of Soldiers and foreign counterparts and earned many military awards, including the Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge. That same commitment to leadership, protection, and service became the foundation for his second calling: real estate. While serving in the Army, Adrian gained firsthand experience buying, selling, and investing in real estate. He understood how important it was to have a knowledgeable professional who could provide local insight, advocate for his interests, and help him make sound decisions. After transitioning from the Army, Adrian became a REALTOR® and is now the Founder and Employing Broker of Espi Agency, a veteran-owned brokerage serving residential, commercial, and international clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Adrian proudly serves clients throughout the Denver and Colorado Springs metro areas. Adrian has built Espi Agency around education, strong advocacy, innovative marketing, strategic negotiation, and hands-on service designed to exceed real estate expectations. His professional designations and credentials include GRI, CIPS, MRP, ABR, SRS, RENE, PSA, Luxury Home Specialist, and he is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
