About A. J.

AJ Steinke has been an investor himself since 2001 and strives to create success with others. He grew up in a farming community in rural Ohio and moved to Colorado after college in 1998. He loved it so much he convinced some of his friends and family to make the move as well. AJ has worked in commercial construction prior to pursuing his profession in Real Estate. He traveled throughout North America at this time. He couldn't resist coming back to Colorado after exploring other destinations. Some of his family has fortunately joined him in Denver and on the Western slope. AJ earned his Real Estate license in 2011 and is no stranger to the real estate and housing market. AJ has been investing in real estate since 2001. Currently holding and managing these properties gains him a higher understanding of the what to look for. AJ has always been happy to collaborate with his clients and the public while teaching classes or while meeting in person. He loves discussing Market Trends Insights and helping with the navigation that goes along while dealing with buying, selling, or managing. AJ enjoys all things outdoors, but especially mountaineering, water/snow skiing. He has a goal of climbing all 54 of Colorado’s 14ers. AJ also enjoys spending time with his new wife Tiffany. They married in November of 2013 and enjoy hiking, road trips, traveling, and exploring the Colorado foodie scene. AJ has a recent baby girl Nicolette and loves spending his free time with her.
