About Ute

A native of southern Germany, Ute moved to the United States in 1989 in search of new horizons and success. In 1994 Ute graduated from the University of Southern California Business School and quickly realized her talents could be put to good use in the field of real estate. After working in Beverly Hills and surrounding areas for several years, Ute decided to find a more appropriate office to conduct her business. She chose the Los Feliz office of Berkshire Hathaway located on Hillhurst. There, at her fingertips are legal counsel, top-notch transaction coordinators and a brilliant in-house marketing team; all instrumental when selling/purchasing real estate expeditiously and successfully, throughout the unavoidable ebbs and flows of market conditions. As a Real Estate investor herself, Ute understands how important it is to choose a reliable professional to handle the sale/purchase of one of the most valuable assets in one’s lifetime; It all starts with an experienced agent who cares for each home transaction as if it were her own.
