About Stephanie

Stephanie Cavolt-Taylor began her career in the emerging skyline of Sacramento in 1987 working in Commercial real estate where she was a top agent specializing in large land transactions, retail and office leasing and sales. She has worked extensively with local and national firms as well as private investors in their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and disposition. In 1994 she moved to the Bay area to continue her career in San Francisco and later, the East Bay working primarily in retail leasing and sales. In 1996, Stephanie returned to Sacramento and shifted her focus to mortgage loan origination working with notable firms such as Countrywide Home Loans and Wells Fargo Bank. Transitioning into residential real estate sales and in addition to many residential real estate listings and sales all over Northern California, Stephanie has worked alongside law firms to counsel their clients facing bankruptcy and foreclosure and the disposition of their property if necessary. Assisting many clients through the process of loan renegotiation in order to save their homes from foreclosure, Stephanie has a proven track record of deep commitment and concern for her clients. A resident of El Dorado county since 2009, Stephanie is active In animal rescue and shares her down time with her dogs, horses and goat, Ivy.
