For sellers, I take a hands-on approach to every listing—from pricing and preparing the property for market to photography, video, digital marketing, open houses, negotiations and closing. I believe pricing should be based on the realities of today's market, not simply on what a seller hopes to hear. For buyers, I am equally hands-on. I help clients evaluate not only the house, but also the property, neighborhood, comparable sales, inspections, insurance considerations, potential improvements and long-term value. When problems arise during a transaction—and they often do—I work to find solutions and protect my client's interests. Over my career, I have been fortunate to represent everything from first-time buyers to owners of extraordinary luxury estates. I have been recognized by RealTrends among the top real estate professionals nationally and in California, but the recognition that matters most to me is the trust of my clients and the relationships that continue long after escrow closes. My primary market is Malibu, and Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice, Brentwood, Topanga, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and the Conejo Valley.
