I was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. My passion for Real Estate came about from helping my father Joe Quintero who sold Real Estate here in the valley for over 35 years. My expertise in 1st Time Home Buyers, Investment Properties, and Vacant Land come from observing and learning the do&rsquos and don&rsquots from my father&rsquos numerous transactions over the years. It then carried on when I obtained my Real Estate License in 2002. My 1st year selling Real Estate, I received 3 Sales Agent of the Month Awards. My areas of expertise range from Palm Springs to North Shore. My exceptional negotiating skills and professional problem solving methods come from working with a diverse clientele. I worked for Riverside County for over 25 years with Superior Court, Child Protective Services, and, lastly, Probation Dept. It is there where I mastered my effective communication skills and work ethic. I graduated with Highest Honors from California State University, San Bernardino with my Bachelor's in Psychology. I approach each Real Estate transaction with respect and strength. I am bilingual in Spanish and because of my longevity in Real Estate, I have an expansive client based following.
