About Paulo

Growing up in the beautiful Napa Valley is what inspired me to become a Real Estate agent. Over the years I have come to appreciate the many qualities that the Napa Valley has to offer. The gorgeous views, friendly and outgoing community, and the unique and exciting events throughout the Valley is what makes me proud to be a Napa Native. I began selling Real Estate in 2002. I have been highly successful in negotiating transactions for clients in various categories, ranging from the first time home buyers, to move up buyers, people looking to invest and those looking to down size. With changes in the market, I have also worked on short sales and bank owned/REO transactions. Being fluent in both English and Spanish I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and have been able to assist many Spanish speaking clients in buying and selling homes. Being bilingual has also allowed me to market homes in two languages providing the properties with double exposure. My business partner, Arturo Ramirez is also a highly successful Real Estate Agent. Through our partnership we have benefited by being able to work together and separately on transactions. Between the two of us we are able to spend more time with our clients and on transactions, meeting all of our client’s individual needs. Our philosophy is If the client is not satisfied, then the job is not done right. I feel the most important aspect of Real Estate is to provide outstanding customer service. I make it a priority to get to know my clients personally, know the current market and to know the components of a successful transaction so that I am able to provide my clients with absolute satisfaction. On my off time, I like to enjoy what the Napa Valley has to offer. Aside from checking out the spectacular wineries and restaurants, the Valley has incredible views that I have enjoyed while running outside and mountain biking. I ran in the 2009 Napa Valley Marathon, what a great experience that was. I also like checking out the newest movies, working out, listening to all sorts of music, running around with my friends and enjoying hanging out with my family. Paulo Corro
