About Patricia

My tag line is "Keeping your dreams in focus" and that is what I do best. The process of buying or selling a home can be very distracting whether it is fine tuning what you want or leaving that nest that holds so many memories. I have always had a fascination for the human condition and what brings us happiness. One of the conclusions I have come to is that having an ally in the pursuit of one's dreams is a recipe for smooth transition and ultimate happiness. Having left Ireland at the early age of nineteen, traveling accross Europe, making Germany my home for a year and then Greece for five years, I have an appreciation of and fascination for different cultures. I am a gypsy at heart with a love of learning and a desire to serve. My background is a combination of Marketing and Fundraising. Community involvement is very important to me. I volunteered for ten years as a facilitator of a "life threatened group" at the Center for Attitudinal Healing in Sausalito. Working with people who were so close to death taught me a lot about life and how grateful I feel for my life. My love of the work led me to work full time for three years helping to raise funds for the ongoing programs at the Center. I became a Big Sister in 1999 and still have a growing relationship with my little sister. I have a lot of respect for the work of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marin. There is a natural transition from helping peoples emotional states and helping them grow their business which is why I gravitated to selling advertising for various mediums including, Radio, Directories and of course the internet. Working with the hospitality industry I was the driving force that helped Winecountry.com carve out new territory in Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz and San Luis Obisbo. Transitioning into Real Estate was a natural for me. In this wonderful profession I use the best of my talents while making my clients feel that they are the center of my universe. I enjoy fine tuning the search for a new home and the negociation involved in creating a win/win for both my buyers and sellers.
