Olivia Mann, known by many as Liv, is a high spirited and devoted full-time realtor. Olivia grew up in the North Bay, attending schools in the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District with a passion for academics and an eye for business. Olivia is native to Northern California and moved to Lake County where her husband, Jeff, was born and raised. They both are eager to continue the family roots. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and everything that goes along with it. She loves swimming and tubing on Blue Lakes, kayaking the rivers, exploring the local farmers market and riding dirt bikes, which later blossomed into watching her husband compete in professional supercross and motocross. In addition to the outdoors, Liv enjoys DIY projects, wine tasting and bowling. Olivia’s experience in property management flourished into real estate, where as she would say, her real passion is. She anticipates needs, deploys personnel resources to complete tasks, and maintains high standards while simultaneously embracing her strong communication skills to facilitate an uninterrupted experience for her clients.
