About Nicki

As a long-time Sacramento resident and UC Davis graduate, Nicki is well-versed in the local housing market. She has held marketing positions in manufacturing and the mortgage credit industry with extensive experience in property management and investment before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2016. She has successfully negotiated transactions for a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned sellers, seniors, and corporate and military relocation clients. Nicki was raised in Australia and Hawaii. She served our country as part of a military family, moving frequently and earning a masters degree in business while stationed in Germany. With this background, she knows first-hand how stressful moving can be, and strives to make this part of the process as stress-free as possible. Nicki is also skilled at working virtually whenever necessary, serving many past clients who have started their home searches from overseas and out of state.
