I have been a resident of Northern California for over 25 years and I am happy to live in this wonderful area with my family. I have over 15 years of previous Supervisory and Managerial experience in the Mortgage Banking area with an emphasis in Default and Loss Mitigation. I obtained my Real Estate Broker's License in 2006 and I thoroughly enjoy helping homeowners buy and sell homes.To obtain a Real Estate Broker's License is considered a significant achievement in this profession because of the required years of experience, numerous educational requirements and the difficulty of the Broker's test. I am a Certified Short Sale Professional having completed multiple short sale transactions. I am also an REO Broker which means that I work with lenders and I manage the sale of properties that have been foreclosed by such lenders. The term "REO" is widely used in the real estate and mortgage industry and means "Real Estate Owned" or "Bank-Owned Properties". In addition to my expertise with Short Sale and Bank Owned Properties, I also help buyers achieve the dream of homeownership. One of the most rewarding feelings in my professional career is when I am able to help someone buy a home. I do everything in my power to make that dream a reality. I am a proud member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
