Marcia’s 20+ years of Real Estate experience is wide ranging and diverse in terms of geography, property types, and skills. Seasoned experience and sharp intuition enable her to create off-market and outside the box opportunities and solutions for buyers and sellers of both Commercial and Residential properties. As a result, she is the Broker of choice for numerous groups and organizations, including high net worth individuals, family offices, REITs, private investment firms, non-profit groups, and other entities who rely on her expertise for a full range of acquisitions and dispositions. Marcia is a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Broker/Associate with MJC Realty in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to her current position, she was a Broker Associate with Metro Realty Group and KW Commercial, the Broker/Owner of Properties Plus and served as Junior Partner with VLogics Investments, a registered acquisitions company working with distressed commercial assets. Marcia also served as Acquisition Manager for Commercial Training Institute. Early in her career, she was with Realty World, Tom Key Realty, and later, Spectrum Resources where she served as a Relocation Specialist in Beverly Hills, CA, assisting domestic and international transferees for Fortune 500 Companies…including, but not limited to, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc., Goldman Sachs, Toyota USA, Alcoa Corporation, Fox Studios, and Nissan USA. Marcia is a member of NAR, CAR, Realtors Commercial Alliance of Orange County (RCAOC), CCIM (Affiliate), Realty Investment Association of California, and Commercial Real Estate Professionals of Orange County. A graduate of Kent State University, with a degree in Secondary Education, she holds a Life Teaching Credential for Business and Industrial Management within the California Community Colleges. Family and friends are very important to Marcia. She greatly appreciates special time spent with her two sons, their wives, and her three wonderful grandchildren. Marcia enjoys travel, walking on the beach, working out at the gym, yoga, visual and performing arts, time spent with a good book at a coffee shop, and lunch and dinner with friends. Marcia cares deeply about Human Rights, especially the Rights of Children, and for many years has supported and volunteered for UNICEF. She is a member of Kiwanis Club of Newport Beach/Corona Del Mar. She has also volunteered for SCANPH, Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing and Aid to the Blind and Visually Impaired through Delta Gamma, her collegiate sorority.
