Linda Haim has been making real estate dreams come true since 2006. Once she acquired her Real Estate License, Linda wanted to have a specialty within the Real Estate field. Therefore, she attended classes in Long Beach and received a certificate after passing the exams stating that she is a Certified Probate, Trust and Conservatorship Specialist. Linda brings her honesty, reliability, and highly communicative style to her clients. Prior to entering the Real Estate field, she worked as a Social Worker/ Counselor/ throughout Los Angeles County. She worked with clients in Probation, Foster Care, Adolescents at Risk as well as the Homeless in Los Angeles. She professes an expert knowledge of the sprawling region and has seen the various housing market trends over the years. In the 1970s, she decided to buy her first home instead of renting in the Valley. Linda’s professional path has been strewn with awards, achievements, and accolades. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s from CSUN while working full time and raising two sons. Linda has made both professional and personal relationships through the committees, conferences, and classes she has joined related to her real estate career. Fascinated by all aspects of a transaction, she finds these conferences to be illuminating and inspiring.
