Leslie has been in the real estate industry full time since 2005, beginning in the mortgage field and quickly obtaining a real estate license and later a broker's license. As Stonegate West Real Estate Group's Chief Executive Officer, Leslie leads the team to successfully ensure all clients' needs are met. The name "Stonegate West" was a natural transition of the team name after Leslie married Sean in February 2022. Sean McGrath, a Boston native and successful real estate developer and entrepreneur, is the CEO of Stonegate. Sean plays a significant advisory role in the Stonegate West operations, growth and expansion. Leslie's diverse background and upbringing have provided a successful niche of real estate in the probate and trust field. Leslie serves on the board for Desert Estate Planning Council and has been a member for almost two decades. This consistent commitment has earned Leslie years' of repeat referral business from prominent valley attorneys. Leslie is also a long-time member of the Desert Valleys Builders Association, Professional Women in Building Council, and an associate member of the Desert Bar Association. In addition to those business groups, Leslie is involved in many philanthropic and non-profit causes and has deep-rooted ties to the Coachella Valley.
