In 2015, he not only sold the highest priced residential transaction in Sonoma County, but also became only the second North Bay Area Realtor ever to sell both Residential and Commercial properties in excess of 10 million dollars in the same calendar year. He is regularly featured on The Loan Show with George Adair to offer advice on anything, ranging from marketing techniques for luxury estates, to buyer-specific strategies for getting offers accepted in the highly competitive Sonoma, Marin, & Napa County markets. During the purchase of his first home, Kyle found himself with a strong interest in Real Estate and quickly put his skills to work by selling 12 homes in his first 14 weeks as a Realtor, making him the 2nd highest producing agent for the top brokerage in his market. Leveraging his prior experience in the hospitality industry, Kyle is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, innovative marketing techniques, and as an aggressive and skilled negotiator for his clients.
