I understand why one home breaks price per square foot records and closes in weeks, while another just down the street, sits for months and eventually sells for considerably less. This "Real Time" insight gives my clients a measurable edge. EXPERIENCE: Before real estate, I spent 20 years building and leading a nationally recognized marketing company responsible for generating $3.8 billion in sales of real property, goods, and services. That experience taught me how to structure every transaction for maximum success for my clients. NEGOTIATION & CLOSING SKILLS: Throughout my career, I’ve successfully negotiated and closed more than 11,000 individual transactions. This experience has provided me with a keen insight into how people like to operate, what makes them feel good and confident. I continue to study and learn my craft on a daily basis. A LITTLE MORE ABOUT MY JOURNEY: My family moved to the San Rafael area of Pasadena in 1968. I graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute in 1980 on the President’s List and received the Bondurant Scholarship for Excellence. I later attended Arizona State University, where I focused my studies on marketing, business, psychology, and real estate. In 2014, I returned to Southern California and founded KRE “Kristopher Real Estate”, a company built on those same guiding principles.
