Most people I know recognize me from Rescue. I am known as the “Rescue” Realtor that finds homes for wonderful people and homeless animals. Often they see me in the shelter pulling dogs and cats at risk for euthanasia or follow my posts on facebook about finding homeless animals homes. Little did they know that I have been in the Real Estate Industry for a little over 25 years. My career started out working as a receptionist for a Title Company. I was eager to learn in that “sink or swim” environment and strengthened my skills to grow into the position of Escrow Officer specializing in Residential, New Homes and Commercial Real Estate. As the market fluctuated and companies cut back staff, there were times where I would find myself working as a processor in Lending as well as Asst. to the Controller with a well know Real Estate Development Company. Needless to say, I have a very broad range of knowledge in this industry. In 2007, when the market changed drastically I found myself out of work for the last time. That is when I decided to get my Real Estate License. I look back only to appreciate the immense knowledge and understanding that I have gained to be the best Realtor for my clients. I know firsthand that purchasing or selling your home is one of the most important decisions you make and you can rest assure that you will have an agent that “knows” this business inside and out, and will take care of her clients every step of the way.
