Kimberly Myers is the Broker and Co-Founder of Fortuesse Realty & Property Management, alongside her husband, Kevin. With over 30 years of experience as a marketing executive and more than three decades in real estate, Kimberly brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to every client relationship. A Pepperdine University graduate and longtime Orange County resident, Kimberly fell in love with the desert lifestyle and made the move permanent in 2025. That passion inspired the creation of Fortuesse, a boutique real estate and property management firm built around hands-on service, clear communication, and a true concierge experience.
