About Kim Jade

Kim has been in real estate for over 11 years and has over 26 years of Customer Service Excellence. The real estate journey started in Boston, MA where she sold homes in downtown while finishing her degree in Business Administration at Babson College. Once she decided she had had enough of digging her car out of the snow, she made her way to sunny California in 2006! The next four years were spent as an account executive selling loans for national banks. She's had the chance to work as a loan processor, underwriter, and real estate agent which has given her a well-rounded view of how the industry works in order to serve her clients best. Before coming back to real estate, she spent 10 years in Semiconductors, selling capital equipment, working in sales ops and managing the Customer Service Business Development unit. While fruitful, she missed her life in Real Estate and helping people understand how to navigate the real estate process so it can be as stress free as possible! She aims to be an educator and advocate for her clients so they feel confidence in all the decisions they make. When Kim has time off, you may find her on the dance floor at music festivals or behind the stage running operations, eating with Yelp Elites, watching cute fur babies on Rover, volunteering at orphanages around the world, or traveling the world. She's been fortunate enough to have traveled to many places including Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, and Montenegro to name a few.
