I have lived in San Diego all my life, am a proud graduate of San Diego State University, and speak Spanish fluently. My grandmother nurtured my love for real estate since a very young age, and for years I was the sole managing member of our LLC consisting of commercial and residential properties which added to my experience in contracts and negotiation. This, along with my Probate and Trust specialization, equips me with the skills and insight to achieve the best possible outcome for my Clients. One of the things that sets me apart from other native San Diegan Realtors is that I have in fact lived and worked in various areas of this beautiful city during different parts of my life, so I have a good understanding of the myriad neighborhoods and how they have evolved over the years. Today, as a wife and mother, I realize even more how important it is for people to build and maintain a strong financial foundation, which feeds my passion for helping others achieve homeownership and invest in properties that will produce passive income for their future generations.
