Julie and Jon bring nearly 50 years of combined business experience to the greater Palm Springs area. Our unique backgrounds cover residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate loan management, commercial real estate development, and financial and tax expertise. As a certified public accountant, Jon brings a wealth of financial knowledge and integrity to your service. He is a leadership executive with in-depth experience in fast paced environments leading diverse business and operational teams. Whether managing billion dollar budgets or negotiating a $200,000 real estate sale in Palm Springs, Jon''s approach is the same; attention to detail, ensure desires and objectives are met, and obtain the highest return on investment. Jon''s career began in public accounting where he gained valuable financial and tax knowledge, and a deep appreciation of fiduciary responsibility. His real estate experience spans from residential real estate, where he achieved Top Producer status in his first year as a Realtor©, to commercial development – providing leadership for over $125M worth of construction projects. After spending several years in industry as a director of finance, chief financial officer, and chief operations officer for multi-million dollar organizations, Jon has returned to his entrepreneurial passion. In the Coachella Valley he is applying his unique skills as a financial and tax leader, along with his real estate knowledge to service you, our clients, with integrity, service excellence, and knowledge. When not serving their clients you will find Julie and Jon engaged in one of their many personal pursuits. They are avid explorers, searching for out-of-the-way bistros, and exploring the back streets of Barcelona. Julie is a chef in her own kitchen, clothing and interior designer. Jon loves to dabble in oil painting, with the desire to paint the back street scenes of Barcelona one day. In the desert you may find them playing golf, hiking trails, or running in the country. While working for one of Canada''s largest private commercial mortgage lenders, Julie was responsible for over $500M in revolving private loans. She has 20 years of finance, securities & real estate investment experience, including supervision of investment of a $500 M portfolio of syndicated real estate investment loans. Post-secondary education includes Business administration (accounting & finance), Langara College (Vancouver, CA), Business Admin, (management, General Management, Northwest Nazarene University (Nampa, Id). Professional Associations include: Member, Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. When Julie is not working I enjoy spending time with my husband – traveling, working out or entertaining in our home. I have a passion for cooking and entertaining, as well as home décor, and staging a home for sale.
