I am a 4th generation Benician native. My immediate family has been in real estate in Solano and Contra Costa Counties for almost 40 years. Being raised in a real estate family has given me a calming influence in working with my buyers and sellers. Selling or buying real estate can be as emotional as losing or gaining a loved one. My real estate career has compiled a long list of clientele ranging from first time home buyers to investors to luxury home owners. Leading my clients through the real estate process is a joy for me. I get the opportunity to watch my clients celebrate throughout their real estate experience. The thrill of having an offer accepted or the comfort of reviewing the first strong offer on their home is always a thrill. Answering questions and educating my clients throughout the buying/selling process is my goal. Because of my families long history in the Solano and Contra Costa Counties, we have the rare opportunity to share with our clients certain homes that go back generations.
