About JoEllen

To say that I'm determined to fulfill my client's goals is an understatement. Growing up as a 3rd generation Realtor in Marin & Sonoma counties has given me an innate perspective into real estate . When I tell people my grandfather built the first "spec homes" in Tiburon or that my father is a past president of the Marin Association of Realtors, they often comment with the line, "So, it really is in your blood!" That's before I've even mentioned that my mother is still an active Realtor in Central OR, or that my aunt also works for Bradley along with myself and my father. When listing a home, a staging consultation is always included as are my photography skills. My background in fashion and in the theatrical arts give me a yet another unique perspective with both marketing and staging my listings. A touch of flair never hurts when it comes to marketing homes. When it comes to helping you buy a home, I am a keen negotiator. Growing up here adds to my long term knowledge of, not only the housing markets & neighborhoods, but the subtleties that not many others can provide in our golden side of the Golden Gate. I can help you with everything from which are the best dog parks to where to go for Thai or Indian food, even where to find the best gluten free goodies!
