About Joel

Joel is a second-generation Napa Native, and currently resides in the Napa Valley with his wife Shannon, their son Carson and daughter Olivia. After graduating from Vintage High School, Joel worked through his GED at Santa Rosa Junior College where he also played baseball. Joel was then accepted to California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo, where he graduated top of class and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2003. Upon graduation, Joel and Shannon decided to leave the beautiful Central Coast to find work nearer to Napa Valley. Prior to a career in Real Estate, Joel worked for several years as a project manager with PG&E and later joined the family hearing practice in Napa. Joel co-owned Napa’s Microtone Audiology, where he provided life changing solutions for the hearing-impaired residents of Napa, Sonoma, and Lake Counties. Throughout his 15-year career, Joel developed his skills of excellent customer care having worked directly with thousands of patients. For the past 10 years, Joel has been active in Real Estate Investing and began developing a passion for Real Estate. As an agent for his clients, Joel utilizes his skill set of unsurpassed customer service and one-on-one personal care. His goal is and has always been to provide the absolute best in care and attention to detail with his clients.
