As your Green Realtor, I offer local Marin native knowledge through the lens of an Advanced Certified Green Building Professional. Green building design encourages air quality, energy efficiency, durability and resource conservation. I have been licensed in California since 1987, living here most of my life besides 5 years in Maui and Kauai. I love Marin County for its outstanding array of people, homes and communities. Many of us are devoted to raising healthy families, enjoying outdoor activities, or giving what we can to our numerous non-profit organizations. We have a beautiful and easy commute to San Francisco as well as a flourishing business community. Each of our towns has its own personality and weather conditions too. Some people move here just for our schools. Our family has attended twenty Bay Area schools. Every year I get more involved with our community. I am the founder of Marin Green Drinks, an open social event for people living and working as green as they can. I am a graduate of the Environmental Forum of Marin (8A), and helped Moms Advocating Sustainability gather signatures to get Proposition 37 on the ballot. I was President of Tiburon Crest Property Owners Association for 5 years. I promise to act with integrity and listen carefully to everyone in the transaction. Being of service is my goal. As needs arise, I assist in finding the appropriate professionals. Whenever I can, I use my knowledge of green building science to find and evaluate property, advocating for the health, comfort and satisfaction of my clients.
