I have a broad and detailed background in information technology, marketing, business operations management, credit cards, banking and mortgage servicing. I have worked in multiple industries using my skills to develop and implement strategic plans for many businesses. With over twenty years of experience in banking, property management and mortgage servicing I have developed a “hands-on” approach to managing complex situations. I understand deadlines, budgeting and the emotions associated with home sales and purchases. Working for years in loan counseling with borrowers in default has given me an understanding of people as well has how to navigate the climate of distressed properties. I have extensive knowledge in the sale of foreclosure and short sale properties – both from the bank side and the borrower side. I believe that people come first and work hard to help clients feel at ease with their home buying and selling experience. My clients say that I am not the typical sales agent because I provides the type of service most people are hoping for, but don't always find. I work hard to minimize your disruption, negotiate the best price, and help you close escrow as smoothly as possible. In addition to my extensive experience in distressed property sales I am a Certified HAFA short sale specialist.
