Jessica (Jess) Rucker began her real estate career in 1997. Since then, she’s been blending her expertise in marketing and investing with her enjoyment of building personal relationships, and using her tenacity to negotiate winning contracts for her clients. As an experienced agent, Jess works hard to help her buyers evaluate the market and make informed choices that meet their personal and financial goals. She also works closely with her sellers to prepare their properties for sale, and her team of reliable professionals makes cost-effective improvements that help them achieve the best returns on their real estate investments. Jess’s goal is to provide a smooth and rewarding real estate experience. As a longtime property owner, she understands the nuances of the San Francisco market and enjoys sharing her resources and expertise. And, as a longtime agent, she maintains a reputation among her colleagues as being straight-forward, responsive, and professional. Before becoming an agent, Jess worked at Charles Schwab & Co. and in public and investor relations at Stapleton Communications. In addition to receiving her bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College, Jess graduated from New Ventures West as an integral coach, where she studied an integrated approach to change and personal fulfillment. This program has helped her serve her clients on a deeper level. Outside of real estate and personal growth work, Jess delights in raising her two boys, swimming, dancing, and supporting the Legacy Film Festival. Jess is an active member of the California, National, and San Francisco Boards of Realtors®.
