Her broader practice spans San Diego from the coast to the city, with an emphasis on Del Mar, La Jolla, Encinitas, North Park, South Park, and Mission Hills. She represents buyers and sellers through first purchases, lifestyle moves, simultaneous buy-sell transitions, relocation, and VA purchases. Originally from Walnut Creek in the San Francisco East Bay, Jenica came to San Diego for college and made it home. She is a graduate of California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Prior to real estate, Jenica worked in the hospitality industry and was a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. Both backgrounds continue to shape her approach today, with a strong emphasis on service, discipline, preparation, and client advocacy. Outside of real estate, Jenica is active and outdoors-oriented, with interests in hiking, strength training, boxing, yoga, and Muay Thai. She enjoys San Diego’s food and wine scene and spending time with her Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Lumana and Tambo, often at Fiesta Island, Coronado Dog Beach, and local trails. She brings the same energy she has for lifestyle and community into the way she advises her clients on where and how they live.
