As a Northern California native Jeana Beech has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. From selling lemonade and Girl Scout cookies as a child to her adult career in real estate, she possesses an innate understanding of sales and customer service. When her children were fully grown, Jeana started her own cleaning company, and she successfully ran her business for over two decades. However, when she was hired by agents to help clean properties, Jeana discovered a brand new passion. She translated her organization, attention to detail, and leadership to the real estate industry, and she has been making dreams come true in the Greater Santa Cruz market ever since! For Jeana, real estate is all about building relationships. A true people person, she loves meeting new people and learning about their unique needs. Jeana prides herself on exceeding her clients’ expectations. She is a true team player who collaborates effectively to produce the best results. Jeana specializes in beachfront properties and first-time buyers, and she is also a Certified Professional Public Buyer. Jeana leads an active lifestyle. In addition to playing tennis, ping pong, and basketball and paddle-boarding, she is also a certified yoga instructor. She serves as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate and volunteers frequently with Save Our Shores and the Surfrider Foundation. Jeana is passionate about the environment and loves to garden. On the weekends, she can be found baking, decorating, cheering on the Raiders or the Golden State Warriors, and spending quality time with her grandchildren and partner.
