I have over four decades experience selling Stockton homes. I am a fourth generation Stocktonian, educated in local schools and know my community. My specialty is Central Stockton near the UOP Campus and working with Sellers. I am an outstanding life member of the LAR Masters Club for Top Producers. I am an Associate Broker that attained the SRES (Senior Specialist), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures),CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) & GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations. I served 7 years on the Assessment Appeals Board for San Joaquin County. I volunteered for over 15 years as a Mediator for San Joaquin County Mediation Center. I am an active Leadership Stockton Alumni. Our Real Estate Sales market has been dynamic. I have worked with several attorneys helping their clients settle their familie's estate, by selling their loved ones homes. My favorite thing to do is enjoy the out of doors.
