Janet McClure entered the Real Estate industry in December 2004. While most Realtors learned the market when Real Estate was booming and transactions were relatively easy, Janet came in just as the market was crashing. Subsequently, Janet learned the Real Estate market under some of the most complex and trying circumstances. Learning under difficult market circumstances is the best teacher in Janet’s opinion. Janet’s credentials include: Certified HAFA Specialist, CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert. She has also completed the coursework for her Broker’s License and expects to take the Broker’s exam some time this year. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Contra Costa Association of Realtors, and Solano Association of Realtors. Janet’s came into Real Estate from an education background. Janet and her two sisters were the first three to graduate from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor of Vocational Education Degree (with honors). She carried 26 units her last semester while also working a full time job. Janet went on to obtain her Teaching Credential, Masters of Education with an emphasis on Administration and her Administrative Credential. By joining J.
