Harald Stangl, born in Frankfurt Germany, holds several degrees in economics and marketing from Germany and graduated in California "summa cum laude" with an MBA in International Business with a concentration on International Mergers & Acquisitions. During his early career, Harald developed a passion for real estate and has shown consistent success in Real Estate developments including; rehabilitating apartment buildings, optimizing tax deferred exchanges and NNN real estate investments.A pioneer in alternatives to foreclosure, Harald has navigated complex loan modification negotiations and short sale transactions since the beginning stages of the U.S. mortgage and housing crisis.
