About Gwen Uyen

My name is Gwen Cao and I have worked in the real estate industry since 1992. For my first 5 years in the business, I gained most of my real estate knowledge through my work with different title companies. After receiving my license as an agent in 1997, I decided to leave my job as an escrow officer to dedicate more of my time to raising my children. Even so, through my experiences as an escrow officer, I was able to smoothly transition into the mortgage business. March 1997 marked the beginning of my long and enjoyable career working in the real estate and mortgage industry. Furthermore, in 2006, I decided to expand the services I could offer to my clientele by beginning work as a buyer’s rep. Thus, due to my background and experience in working as an agent for both mortgages and escrow titles, I have always been an effective representative that has provided valuable services to all of my clients. Now, 19 years later, I have finally obtained my broker license. With this new and exciting responsibility, I am more committed than ever to continuing my hard work and making a difference for each and every one of my clients and their families.
