About Gina

Gina Thomas is a former international and domestic digital media, sales, marketing, business development executive and board director, specializing in content distribution, client management, and profit maximization, with a demonstrated history of working with leading brands and agencies to create world-class media solutions. Ms Thomas is currently a realtor and past economic development advisor to the City of Big Bear Lake, California. With a passion for the outdoors, small tight-knit communities, a craving for four seasons, and an overwhelming desire to help people make their mountain home dreams a reality, Gina left corporate America and started her own real estate business. Today, she works with clients from all different locations, backgrounds, and with a wide variety of needs. But all have a common thread-the dream of making a mountain home a key part of their future or to sell their mountain home to realize a new dream. First time home buyers, second home seekers, investors, relocators, and mountain residents will find Ms. Thomas’s full service real estate business the perfect fit. As a longtime resident of Big Bear Valley and as someone who fell in love with Big Bear on her first trip over two decades ago, she slowly made the transition from weekender to full time resident, and never looked back. There is nothing better than seeing that same twinkle and fire in her buyer clients’ eyes as she first had when she discovered the magic of Big Bear. Philanthropy and advocacy are important to Ms. Thomas. She is a member of Soroptimist International of Big Bear Valley, an organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. Ms. Thomas supports many other local non-profit organizations including Big Bear Association of Realtors Charity Foundation (Cantree), and Big Bear Cycling, among others.
