With 25+ years as a Realtor and general contractor combined with a degree in architecture, I am very good at illuminating the hidden potential in houses and forming a winning strategy to buying them. I use the techniques and tools I’ve learned over the years to create a unique solution for every buyer and property. For example, a client, who I helped purchase a Noe Valley cottage. A cute little place that was under the radar due to poor marketing. We wrote a very clean offer, $50k under asking and we got the house! Unfortunately, as soon as the deal closed, her job changed and she had to sell. With just a light renovation, we sold the property 6 months later for a $150K profit. She doubled her renovation dollars.
