Eric grew up in southern California. He earned his MBA at the University of Southern California. He has had 40 years experience in business negotiating large contracts for the development of commercial and residential real estate and manufacturing and sales.He joined Windermere Real Estate in La Quinta in 2006 and became an Associate Broker at Windermere in 2008.. In 2011 he founded his own company, The Brownson Group, focusing on each client's needs through his boutique real estate company located in Indio. The Brownson Group represents buyers and sellers throughout the Coachella Valley including Indio, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs.He is a certified broker pricing specialist and is an expert negotiator and problem solver.
