This hard-working real estate agent is all about accommodation, serving his community with fluency in English, French, Armenian, Arabic, and even some Spanish! Emmanuel grew up in Lebanon before moving to Fresno in 1991, then moving to Santa Monica in 1999 where he began to develop his keen understanding of this sprawling city. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, but eventually longed to speak with people instead of computers. Therefore, he threw all of his intelligence, honesty, and passion into developing his real estate career. Today, he continues to serve the needs of a diverse client base across neighborhoods in Winnetka, Canoga Park, and Woodland Hills. A big believer in the power of community, Emmanuel has volunteered in a variety of neighborhood initiatives from a young age and continues to do so when the opportunity arises. In his free time, he can often be found cooking or baking, occasionally painting, and immersing himself in the great outdoors by hiking, biking, and camping.
