I am a full time Realtor serving the greater Long Beach area including North Orange County. I started my career in Real Estate after leaving the aerospace industry in 1993 and have since achieved a high customer satisfaction rating and respect within the Real Estate community. My strengths include devotion to my clients goals, persistence, loyalty, tough negotiation skills and years of experience with almost any type of transaction possible in Real Estate. I have worked with all types of clients from the savvy investor to the first time home buyer. My ability to communicate and listen to my client's needs ensures my clients a successful transaction. With the ever changing market, I place a high importance on continuing education so that I may be up to date with new tools to find a buyer for your home as well as help buyers get the home of their dreams. My certifications include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Senior Residential Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiator (CN), e-Pro (Advanced Technology Education), Certified Relocation Specialist and Notary Public. My dedication to the greater Long Beach community does not stop with Real Estate, I have been a devoted volunteer in the Girl Scout Organization since my daughters were Girl Scouts 35 years ago. I am a past President of the Greater Long Beach Girl Scout Council and am now the board of directors for Leadership Long Beach and also Long Beach Day Nursery.
