David was born in San Francisco and raised in Novato, CA which is in Marin County just north of San Francisco. David was a sports standout at San Marin High School. He brought his talents to Butte College in Chico, CA and graduated with AA degree in Liberal Arts and also accepted a full athletic Scholarship for football to Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA. He graduated from Nicholls State University in Dec 2000 with BA degree in General Studies and Minor of Mathematics. In March of 2001, David started a career with Wells Fargo Bank. He exceled as a WF employee and received multiple promotions and STAR performer awards. While working for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage he studied to get his real estate license. He was issued his real estate license in 2003. In 2004 David was given the opportunity to manage all operations for P L Real Estate. David was awarded top performer in 2006. David has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 10 years. He has established and maintained over 100 relationships with high value clients. David currently resides and specializes in the Natomas district in Sacramento. He is known for providing quality service. His plans for your neighborhood is to provide the same type of service he has been giving in the past, such as meeting all your expectations, devoting his time and energy to satisfy all your needs whether it may be questions or procedures about buying and selling.
