I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2005. I've bought, sold, and invested in real estate for over 17 years. To help further my education and understanding of Real Estate specifics I have obtained the following real estate certifications: Quality Service Certified® (QSC), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), GREEN, and Generational Housing Specialist (GHS™). I really enjoy all parts of Real Estate but I do specialize in representing buyers, active adult and generational housing plans, land development, and commercial business ventures. My life experience ranges from ten years with the U.S. Army to a deep resume that represents project management with system integration companies, computer-based consulting, and a number of business start-ups. My education is based on a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration.
