His background includes 25 years of government service at Mare Island, where he was a supervisor and manager in the Public Works Department. Dave certainly knows how to tame challenging paperwork and how to cut through red tape to make real estate transactions work smoothly for the benefit of his clients. Community involvement is important to Dave Hobaugh. He’s a long serving member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Napa and has been honored as “Distinguished Past President,” “Kiwanian of the Year,” and has received the “Kiwanis Distinguished Service Award” and the “George F. Hixson Award.” Dave has been recognized for his leadership of the REALTORS’® group in Napa County, where he’s a Past President and has been named “Realtor of the Year.” He’s also served as a director of the California Association of REALTORS® and is a member of the Napa Chamber of Commerce. Dave and his wife Sandy, who is his licensed real estate assistant, work as a team to better serve their clients. They have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. In addition to enjoying golf and travel to places like Lake Tahoe and the Pacific Northwest, Dave enjoys outdoor cooking and spending time with family and friends. “We love to celebrate the successes we have shared helping our valued clients fulfill their real estate wants, needs and dreams,” says Dave. “We strive to create long term relationships with each and every one of our clients, while we advance the highest standards of real estate professionalism.
