About Danny

I’m Danny Benjamin, a licensed real estate agent with SENW Realty serving clients throughout Arizona and California, as well as a full-time real estate investor. I work with buyers, sellers, landowners, and investors, bringing experience from both the brokerage and investment sides of real estate. Before becoming an agent, I built my real estate career as a full-time investor, working on fix-and-flip projects, land transactions, and other investment opportunities. That background gives me a practical perspective when helping clients evaluate value, identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and understand the bigger picture behind a property. I also have extensive experience with land and more complex transactions, including short sales. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a property, purchasing land, evaluating an investment, or dealing with a difficult financial situation, my goal is to explain the options clearly and keep the transaction moving forward. I believe good real estate representation comes down to communication, preparation, and being willing to dig into the details. I stay closely involved throughout the process and work with a strong network of lenders, title professionals, contractors, investors, and other real estate professionals when additional resources are needed.
