About Dan

Dan Maurer first obtained his real estate license in 2011 in New York. Since then, he has been apart of more than 200 real estate transactions totaling more than 900M in aggregate value. These sales include a wide variety of asset types including single family homes, apartment buildings, development sites, special use properties, retail and office. Since moving to San Diego in 2016 and transitioning into the residential space, Dan has been apart of more than 70 transactions throughout San Diego County. Many of these transactions have been investment opportunities commonly known as fixer uppers. His role has been to help find suitable properties, run detailed comparable analysis, project manage the re-position and assist with the sale of the homes. This unique perspective has allowed Dan to have an in-depth understanding of how both buyers and sellers view the transaction. Additionally, having owned and sold properties where he had a financial interest, he can better relate to his clients. In his free time, Dan lives a very active lifestyle with his wife Laura and their two rescue dogs, Georgia and Rusty.
