About Cooper

With nearly a decade of experience as a real estate professional, Cooper Patterson brings a uniquely comprehensive approach to the industry. Over the course of his professional career, he has successfully launched and managed multiple companies that range from high-yield investment opportunities to a full-service boutique real estate brokerage and much more. Cooper's diverse experience enables him to provide clients with expertise from every corner of the real estate industry. His outstanding track record of successful negotiation on behalf of his clients demonstrates a grasp of the industry beyond many of his peers, as well as his unwavering commitment to excellence, credibility, and reliability. His familiarity with the real estate market in Southern California is thanks in part to his time at the University of San Diego, where he earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Cooper and his family also reside in the Bird Rock community of La Jolla. When Cooper isn't providing superior service to clients, he is serving on the Board of Directors for Freedom Dogs, a local non-profit organization devoted to helping wounded members of the military. In addition to serving on the Board, he has committed to donating a portion of his commission to the organization for every home he sells. In his spare time, when he is not working or spending time with his family, he can be found navigating by both air and sea as a licensed commercial airplane pilot as well as a licensed U.S. Coast Guard captain.
