Hi, I'm Cody. I am the proud Owner/Broker of Oak & Roots Real Estate Group. I've lived in San Luis Obispo County for almost 20 years with half of that as a full time real estate professional. After attending Cal Poly and earning a degree in Agribusiness with concentrations in International Business and Marketing, I decided I really wanted to stay here on the central coast. That can be difficult as most of us know! I served as 2015 President of the North San Luis Obispo County Association of REALTORS, State Director for the California Association of REALTORS for numerous years and as chairperson on many local and state committees. This has been on a volunteer level, although the knowledge gained through the experience has been priceless. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors on the central coast with my wife, Catherine. We live on a 3 acre ranchette with 2 horses (Todd & Hank), 2 dogs (Rambo & Suzie Q), and our kitty (MJ). Let's just say we are always doing something to keep up with the chores. We both are musicians as well and love strumming the guitar on the porch while singing some tunes. You may even see us out and about playing a local gig. I pride myself on offering superior personal service before, during and after your transaction.
