I specialize in luxury real estate and represent clients in Venice, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Mar Vista, Brentwood, Bel Air, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino and east Los Angeles. In addition, I work with many builder/developers throughout the city and at all price points; predominantly in luxury and ultra luxury homes. I also generate numerous Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for various hedge funds and real estate organizations. Consummating over 400 transactions and nearly $1B sold in my career, I have a keen insight into neighborhoods, valuations, negotiation strategies and closings. Previously, I worked in Hollywood filming commercials and touring in Europe as Rocky in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Upon graduation from the US Naval Academy, I was commissioned an officer in the US Navy and specialized in intelligence at NAS Miramar (VF-211) and Naval Special Warfare Command during the 1990s.
